Pickup in Tack'n'Ride store
Online orders can be picked up during opening hours in our store at Illnauerstrasse 9, 8307 Effretikon, Switzerland. An email will be sent as soon as the order is ready for collection.
Shipping via postal service
We usually ship our goods by Swiss Post. The selected delivery address determines the shipping methods that can be selected in the shopping cart. For orders abroad, a corresponding delivery address must first be registered and selected otherwise the Swiss shipping methods and prices will be displayed. Please contact us if you want to have something shipped to the EU to get the shipment options enabled.
Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein
Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, a shipping fee will be charged depending on the total value of the goods ordered. This includes order processing, packaging and shipping fees including Swiss VAT. An additional fee is added for heavy or oversized items.

Other Countries
We currently offer online shipping to the USA. Please contact us if you wish to ship to another country. We cannot fulfill all the regulations of the EU with respect to online shipments therefore EU shipment is only enabled on request for an account. The shipping costs depend on the weight and will be charged without Swiss VAT. Any import/customs clearance costs and taxes incurred will be charged directly by the supplier.
